What these terms cover
These terms cover the website only. They do not cover our services.
We provide AI servers on demand, bare-metal servers, dedicated cloud, cloud hosting, cloud databases, cloud security and Kubernetes stacks from our data center in Romania, in the EU. We provide these services only under a separate agreement or order. If that agreement or order differs from these terms, the agreement or order applies.
Our client dashboard is a separate service with its own terms.
Prices and specifications
Prices, configurations and specifications on the website are for information only. They may change at any time. They are not a binding offer.
Your order or contract with us sets the final price, specifications and conditions. If the website and your order or contract differ, the order or contract applies.
Client accounts
There is no public sign-up. We activate client accounts on request, at our discretion. To ask for an account, use our contact form.
Sending a request or asking for a quote does not create a contract. A contract exists only when we both accept an order or sign an agreement.
Acceptable use
When you use the website, you must not:
- use it for anything unlawful
- attack it, for example with malware or denial-of-service attacks, or try to overload it
- try to bypass our security measures, such as sign-in limits and bot checks, or gain unauthorized access to any system
- scrape or crawl it in a way that harms it or slows it down for others
- misuse our forms, for example by sending spam, automated submissions, false information or someone else’s details without their permission
- pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection to a company
We may block access to the website for anyone who breaks these rules. We may also report unlawful use to the authorities.
Intellectual property
The Infinity Cloud name, logo, website design and content belong to Infinity Cloud or its licensors.
You may view, print and share pages for your own information or for internal business use. You may not copy, change or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Other names and logos on the website may be trademarks of their owners.
Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites. We do not control them. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse a website.
Availability and no warranty
We work to keep the website accurate and available. However, we provide it “as is” and “as available”.
We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, or that its content is complete or up to date. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.
This section is about the website only. Any commitments about our services are set out in your agreement or order.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website, from not being able to use it, or from relying on its content. This includes indirect loss, lost profits and lost data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. This includes liability for damage caused on purpose or through gross negligence, and for harm to a person’s life or health.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data on the website. It also explains which cookies we use and how to change your choice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on the website when you use it applies.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Bucharest, Romania, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website.
If you use the website as a consumer, you keep any protection that mandatory law gives you.
If part of these terms is invalid
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest of the terms still apply.
