Privacy policy

How Infinity Cloud Technologies collects, uses and protects personal data on its website, including cookies and your rights under the GDPR.

This policy explains how Infinity Cloud Technologies S.R.L. (“Infinity Cloud”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit infinitycloud.ai or contact us through it. We are based in Romania, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in full.

This policy covers the website only. Our client dashboard is a separate service with its own terms. Your use of the website is also subject to our terms of use.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Infinity Cloud Technologies S.R.L., registration and VAT number RO49508770, Spl. Independenței 319L, Clădirea Paris, etaj 1, camera 01, Sector 6, Bucharest, Romania.

Infinity Cloud is a Corepillar company. Corepillar is our group’s data center holding company.

What we collect

When you contact us or ask for a quote

Our contact and quote forms ask for:

  • your name
  • your work email address
  • your company
  • the service and configuration you are interested in
  • your message

We save each submission in the website’s database and email it to the Infinity Cloud team so we can reply. Please do not send passwords, access credentials or sensitive personal data through the forms.

To keep the website secure

  • To block automated attacks, we keep a hashed record of failed sign-in attempts for each IP address. We keep it for up to 30 minutes.
  • We check form submissions for automated spam with a time token and a hidden field. These checks do not track you.
  • If we switch on the Cloudflare Turnstile check, Cloudflare processes technical data from your browser to tell people from bots.

When a page loads

The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. To get them, your browser connects to Google’s servers. This sends your IP address to Google.

We also use a small number of cookies. Analytics cookies are set only if you agree. See Cookies below.

Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To answer your inquiry and prepare an offer. These are steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To follow up on your inquiry, keep the website secure and run it properly. This includes blocking automated attacks, remembering your cookie choice and loading fonts. We rely on our legitimate interests in growing our business and protecting the website and its visitors (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To understand how the website is used. We do this only if analytics is switched on and you consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only when needed, with these recipients:

  • our web hosting provider, which runs the website and its database
  • our email service provider, which delivers form submissions to our team
  • Cloudflare, if we use the Turnstile check or Cloudflare’s network for the website
  • Google, which provides the website’s fonts and, only with your consent, Google Analytics

Where these providers act on our behalf, they do so under contracts that require them to protect your data. We may also disclose data to public authorities when the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When they do, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Contact and quote form submissions: up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless a contract requires us to keep them longer.
  • Records of failed sign-in attempts: up to 30 minutes.
  • Your cookie choice: 180 days.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We keep them to a minimum.

Strictly necessary cookies

  • ic_consent stores your cookie choice for 180 days, so we do not ask you again on every page.
  • Sign-in cookies are set only for Infinity Cloud staff who administer the website. Visitors do not get them.

The website needs these cookies to work, so they do not require your consent.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages they view. Its cookies are set only if the website has analytics switched on and you accept analytics. If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics cookies are set.

Google Fonts

Fonts are not cookies, but loading them also shares data. Each time a page loads, your browser fetches our fonts from Google Fonts, and Google receives your IP address. This happens whatever cookie choice you make.

Change your choice

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.

This website currently sets only strictly necessary cookies, so there is nothing to choose.

You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • have your data erased
  • restrict how we use your data
  • receive your data in a portable format
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests
  • withdraw your consent at any time

To use any of these rights, email infoinfinitycloud.io. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will reply within one month. If a request is complex, the GDPR lets us extend this by up to two more months. If we need to, we will tell you why.

You also have the right to complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), at www.dataprotection.ro. You can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing, including profiling.

Children

Our website is for businesses. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
